The Armature was founded by Jill Stephens to address a pattern she observed over 20+ years in branding and communications: brilliant strategies that never made it to market, or got diluted through execution.

The solution isn’t more strategy. It’s better structure—the kind that gives form and coherence to an idea as it moves from intent to reality. In art, that structure is called an armature. We apply the same principle to brands.
